Please note that all new purchases are issued temporary license valid for the 15 day refund period and 5 day grace period. All temoprary licenses exipres on the expiry date noted in the license header, which is 20 days from the day of purchase. If you DO NOT cancel your order within 15 days from the day of purchase, a new permanent license will be automatically generated and issued to your order on day 16. Please check your email for notice of your permanent license availability. You will then have until the expiry date on your temporary license to download and replace the old files and license with your new permanent files and license.

Notice About Chargebacks

No orders shall be refunded past the 15-day refund period. Any request for refunds past the 15-day refund period will be denied. Please note that we work with some of the leading Chargeback Fraud Prevention and Reporting Agencies. We report customers and domain names to these Agencies for any customer that files a chargeback due to an order that has passed this 15-day period. We will also blacklist the domain associated with that order to prevent that domain from acquiring licenses for any of our current and future products and solutions. We also work with other Magento developers in reporting against customers that fraudulently file chargebacks.

Important Notes about Expired License

-If you cancel your order, you would need to remove all the module files from your magento installation including the license before the expiry date marked in the license header. You may refer to the included documentation in the package downloaded for the location and names of files and directories to remove from your magento installation. FAILURE TO REMOVE THE EXPIRED FILES AND LICENSE FROM YOUR INSTALLATION MAY CAUSE SOME PARTS OF YOUR SITE THAT INTERACTS WITH THE MODULE FILES TO MIS-FUNCTION.
